 Colour

Colour is our specialty! We understand that every computer screen and TV screen shows colour differently so we take this into account with every image we deal with. Colour corrections are not a major concern for us as this is a main part of our expertise, however if we have any queries on the colour you are trying to achieve, we will always contact you. In the odd event that you are dissatisfied with the end result of colour, we will happily replace the product under our Expert Guarantee with the corrections you desire.

 

File Formats

My Photo Expert accepts TIFF, JPEG, PDF, RAW and most other formats.If you are using our ordering system online, please note only these files types will be accepted

 If you only have a hard copy (Photo, Slides, Negatives)

If you have a hard copy (photo, negative, slide etc) that is no problem at all. We provide all the high resolution scanning and touch ups required to bring your image into this century. You will need to contact us to get directions on how to get this to us via our couriers or registered post. We will also provide you with a digital copy on disc for your convenience.
