Shipping and Delivery
My Photo Expert ships all orders within Australia using Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway depending on location and time factors.
All of our chosen carriers measure their transit times in ‘business days’, so this does not include weekends and public holidays.
My Photo Expert are committed to dispatching fully paid orders within a 10 working day period of the order being received, urgent orders can be rushed through to meet deadlines and customer requirements however the team do need to be notified via a phone call that this is required.
Please note deals that are purchased via our online friends can take up to 14 working days to dispatch.
Quite often this is faster, however we ask that you are patient with these orders.

Couriers will only attempt delivery on 2 occasions before they hold it at the nearest depot for 4 days, before returning the goods back to us.
Extra charges will be encountered if the parcel gets sent back to us for resending, charges are from $45 and are based on what the courier charges us.
If the shipping address will be unattended or is in a secure complex this can cause massive delays in receiving your precious order.
If by unfortunate chance the product is damaged during the delivery process, we expect to be contacted so we can replace the product as soon as possible, we will never allow a damaged product to remain the problem of yours and will arrange for the original product to be delivered back to us at no cost.
All My Photo Expert Gift Vouchers are exclusive of shipping and delivery charges, unfortunately the posties don't accept our vouchers in return of services.
