Copyright and File Storage
 
My Photo Expert has the right to refuse the printing of any image that we feel does not comply with copyright laws or does not comply with our general morals and principles. My Photo Expert respects copyright laws, therefore your images will never be sold, printed or used by us in anyway unless with your written consent.

All images that are received via the My Photo Expert website will remain on secure servers for back up (for your convenience) for a period up to 3 months and without notification My Photo Expert can delete files stored to your account. If you would like My Photo Expert to immediately remove your files after the order has been received and fulfilled, please include this request in the ordering process and we shall do this right away. My Photo Expert ask that you back up your images elsewhere and do not use the My Photo Expert website as a storage facility.
 
 
User Account and Security
 
In the creating of an account with My Photo Expert, you agree to:
 
  •    Provide a correct and current email address
  •    Update your personal information so orders run smoothly and get delivery to correct addresses.
  •    Never mislead My Photo Expert by impersonating any person or entity.
  •    Continue to update your user password for your own security measures.
  •    Be responsible! Everything you do on the website under your user account is your responsibility.                                    
If My Photo Experts wishes, they can terminate your account.
My Photo Expert is not liable for any damage or loss if failure to follow these steps is not complied with.

  •    Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit text, data, images and related materials that are obscene, unlawful, offensive, illegal   (included trademarked, patented and copyright material).    
  •   Impersonate or mislead your true identity
  •    Upload, download or otherwise transmit any software viruses or computer code including programs that could be used with intent to disrupt or interfere with the well being of this site and/or related servers.
  •    Interfere with the security or functions to the site. Including the attempt to access or use any non-public sections of this site. This will lead to prosecution.
  •    Download, copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content, design and any other visual component of this site and any other related materials.
 
 
Public Reputation
 
You agree that you cannot use any product from the My Photo Expert range to discredit or offend My Photo Expert and it’s employees, owners and others involved.
